Policies

Weekly maid service, including linen change, is included in the rent for each apartment. Extra cleaning service can be arranged with the manager.

Gas and electricity is included in the weekly rate. All others pay the cost of these utilities, which are metered separately for each apartment.

Only children 12 years of age & older.

One small pet per apartment is allowed only with pet deposit and prior approval from manager.

No smoking is allowed inside the apartments.

Parking is available but not included.

Renters MAY NOT use laundry facilities. However, housekeeper can do renter’s laundry on scheduled day using renter’s supplies @ $20 pesos/load payable to housekeeper.
